EXCURSIONS
Fiesole and Settignano
Just to the north of Florence overlooking the city lies Fiesole and Settignano. Fiesole and Settignano offer the best views of the Arno valley. In Fiesole, clients visit the oldest archaeological site in the area where there are Etruscan and Roman ruins. The highlight of the site is the Roman Amphitheater which comfortably sat 3,000 spectators and is still home to summer opera and music festivals.
