Terms and Conditions


Reservations for the Etruriae Itinera - Tours in Tuscany - private tours or transfer services, henceforth TiT, can be made by contacting TiT directly, through a travel agent or agency. All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.


Information regarding the handling of personal data ex art. 13 D.lgs. 196/2003

Dear Sir or Madam,

We hereby inform you that D.lgs. n. 196 of June 30th 2003 ("Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali") covers a person's rights regarding the handling of personal details. Your details will be treated in accordance with the above regulation, in a correct and open manner, which protects your privacy and rights.

Therefore, in compliance with article 13 of D.lgs n. 196/2003, we hereby provide you with the following information:

  1. The data supplied by you will be used to carry out a request of booking on the site
  2. The data will be held within an electronic database.
  3. Inserting your details is obligatory, given that in their absence it is not possible to make a booking. The lack of such information prevents any furtherment of the contract.

  7. You can exercise your rights regarding the holder of the data at any point, as per article 7 of D.lgs. n. 196, which for your convenience is reproduced in whole below:
    Decreto Legislativo n.196/2003
    Article 7 - Right of access to personal information and other rights.

    1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal details which concern them, even if not yet registered, including their communication in an intelligible form.
    2. The person concerned has the right to obtain information on:
      1. the origin of the personal details.
      2. how these details are used.
      3. the working of the electronic system which manages the data.
      4. the identity of the holder, the person in charge and the assigned representative as per article 5, comma 2.
      5. the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal details can be communicated or those who can find out about them.
    3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
      1. the updating, rectifying, and, as applicable, the integration of the data.
      2. the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form, or the blocking of data used in violation of the law. This also includes any details which have been passed on but which weren't necessary for the working of the system.
      3. the declaration that the acts covered in letters a) and b), as well as their content, are communicated to the parties to whom the personal details are passed on, apart from in cases where such fulfillment proves to be impossible or would require the use of means overtly disproportionate to the protected right.
    4. The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part:
      1. to the use of the personal details which concern him, with legitimate reason which concerns the purpose of their initial collection;
      2. to the use of personal details which concern him with the aim of sending publicity or direct sales material either for the fulfillment of market research or commercial communication.


A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking a service with us at TiT. You may use our Paypal account to settle up adding a 4% commission.
The balance will be charged at the end of the service directly to the Driver, or Guide, according to the rates quoted in Euro cash. We also accept Dollars or Euro Traveller's cheques: in this case an additional 5% commission will be charged.


Notice of cancellation of any TiT tours or transfer services must be provided in writing to TiT by fax: +39.055.990.0070 or e-mail:

Cancellations fees applied by TiT:

  1. cancellations made within 7 days prior to the service; Euro 50 as administration fee.
  2. cancellation made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the service; 30% penalty.
  3. cancellation made between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to the service; 50% penalty.
  4. cancellation made with less then 24 hours prior to the service and no show; 100% of the total cost.


Transportation is provided by licensed and insured professional drivers only and they are qualified to perform public services all over Europe.


TiT is not liable in respect of personal injury, loss or damage of luggage by the client, of death. TiT is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience caused by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by TiT, such as wars, floods, unusual severe weather, act of god etc.


We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. Also we recommend a medical and personal insurance to cover medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belonging.


The contract is governed by Italian law and in case of dispute that we cannot settle amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Italian court.
