GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.RESERVATIONS:
Reservations for the Etruriae Itinera personal tour or transfer services can be made by contacting Etruriae Itinera directly or through a travel agent or agency. All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2.PRIVACY POLICY:
Etruriae Itinera collects no personal data without your knowledge and consent and shares no personal data with any third parties unless you have specifically requested us to do so. No data from our correspondence with this site will be sold, reused or re-purposed in any way.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO US TO MAINTAIN YOUR PRIVACY
3.BILLING INFORMATION:
Payments will be charged at the end of the service directly to the driver according to the rates quoted.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES:
Notice of cancellation of any Etruriae Itinera tours or transfer services must be provided in writing to Etruriae Itinera by fax or e-mail.
Cancellations fees applied by Etruriae Itinera:
a) cancellations made within 16 days prior to the service; no charge
b) cancellation made between 15 and 8 days prior to the service; 50% penalty.
c) Cancellation made with 7 and days prior to the service and no show; 100% of the total cost.
5. TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation is provided by licensed and insured professional drivers only and they are qualified to perform public services all over Europe
6. RESPONSIBILITY:
Etruriae Itinera is not liable in respect of personal injury, loss or damage of luggage by the client, of death. Etruriae itinera is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience caused by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Etruriae Itinera, such as wars, floods, unusual severe weather, act of god etc.
7.TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. Also we recommend a medical and personal insurance to cover medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belonging.
8.DISPUTES:
The contract is governed by Italian law and in case of dispute that we cannot settle amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Italian court.
